Ms. Parker has been a member of the bar for more than 35 years. She began her career as a research attorney for the chief judge of the third district court board of appeal in the state of Florida. Thereafter, she spent 16 years working in appellate practice before being elected to the Miami-Dade Country Court in 1990, where she served as a regular judge for eight-and-a-half years and a senior judge for five years. Now at the helm of her own firm, Ms. Parker focuses exclusively on mediation and conflict resolution. She upholds an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort at her practice so that she may get to know her clients one and one and explain why mediation is so important. “I work so hard to help my clients navigate their legal matters through mediation so they can avoid the cost of litigation,” she says of her professional motivation. Ms. Parker earned a JD from the University of Miami and remains at the top of her field by affiliating with the American Inns of Court and the Coral Gables Bar Association. Looking ahead, she has no intention of slowing down. In the years to come, Ms. Parker plans to continue providing excellent service throughout the foreseeable future.
