Two years later, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and in 1987, to the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a certified circuit court mediator. Mr. Dominguez’s work has caught the attention of several prestigious organizations, which have bestowed upon him distinguished honors. Acknowledged by Tampa Bay Magazine, the publication recognized him as one of Tampa Bay’s Top Lawyers in 2010. In 2014, Martindale-Hubbell presented him with a similar honor, as a Top Rated Lawyer in Tampa Area. More recently, he was acknowledged as an AV Preeminent Rated Attorney.
