The profession of law runs naturally through Mr. Pugh’s blood. As a fourth-generation lawyer, he continues to practice law where his family has for the past few decades. His representation extends beyond Louisiana, and he has served as trial counsel for clients involved in nationwide litigation and in multiple jurisdictions in surrounding states. After graduating from Tulane University cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy, he continued to earn a JD from the Paul Herbert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1985. Since then, Mr. Pugh has been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, the Supreme Court of Louisiana and the Supreme Court of Texas. 

In addition to his familial connection to law, Mr. Pugh always gravitated toward the field of law. He is affiliated with the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the New Orleans Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. In the coming years, he intends to continue to grow the practice.
