Ms. Rosenthal has dedicated more than 26 years to the field of law, practicing primarily in the areas of divorce and matrimonial litigation, appellate litigation, custody and visitation, child support and spousal support, domestic partnerships, Orthodox Jewish divorces, grandparents’ rights, equitable distribution of property and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In addition to handling these cases, she manages the operations of the law firm and is a certified divorce mediator. Since 2012, she has been rated AV Preeminent Attorney from Martindale-Hubbell and Best Lawyers in America. She has also been recognized with New York Area Top Lawyers, Super Lawyer, Top Attorneys in New York and has been featured in New York Magazine.

From the suggestion of her father, Ms. Rosenthal sat in on a law class during college, this decision led her to chose a career in law. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in political science from George Washington University and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. She attributes her success to listening to her clients and seeing the big picture. Most important to her is being sensitive to maladies and protecting children. Additionally, she is the president of the Young Business Professionals of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, which was started by her parents.

Ms. Rosenthal is admitted to the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Matrimonial Committee of the Women’s Bar Association. In addition, she is co-president with the Honorable Jane Pearl, New York Chapter and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She is court appointed by the Neutral Evaluation Program and the Interdisciplinary Forum on Mental Health and Family Law. The highlight of her career is her appointment to Attorney for the Children.
