Thomas P. Brady, Esq. is an AV Preeminent Attorney who has been practicing law for 35 years. He has extensive experience in the area of labor and employment law and lends his talents to Clark Hill PLC. Mr. Brady draws on his background and industry knowledge to counsel and guide employers through the ever-changing challenges of the contemporary workplace. He practices in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment counseling, employment litigation and traditional labor law, and provides training and seminars, advises employers about employment handbooks and personnel policy manuals, and provides services to address wage and hour matters, collective bargaining, labor arbitration and union-organizing campaigns. Throughout his career, Mr. Brady served as the managing director of Hathaway, Brady & Bretz, P.C., as an attorney at Riley & Roumell, P.C. and clerk for the Michigan Court of Appeals. He also learned about discipline and commitment through serving as an officer in the U.S. Army.
