Ms. Kennedy originally wanted to become a French teacher, but she was inspired to pursue law by a political science professor who saw her potential. She went on to complete a JD at Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary and immediately entered the legal profession. Today, Ms. Kennedy has garnered 33 years of industry experience and has been running her own firm for the past 11. As the senior attorney, she is responsible for representing clients in the practice areas of loan modification, personal injury law, and chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies.

Ms. Kennedy prides herself on her putting her clients’ needs first. She is always willing to jump into a new environment and figure out how to help people. This willingness has enabled her to learn all facets of the legal profession. Through her past experience, strong educational background, and affiliation with the Virginia State Bar Association, Ms. Kennedy has become well versed in foreclosure defense and loan modification, bankruptcy, real estate transactions, personal injury law, business tort law, and collections.

Aside from her work at her firm, Ms. Kennedy also serves as the president of Hunt Country Title, a real estate company that offers settlement services for real estate purchases and refinancing. She works with a variety of clients and acts as a settlement agent.
