With a refined background in real estate and general transactional laws, Ms. White demonstrates her proficiencies in her current capacity by expertly managing transactional work from real estate and construction contracts to purchase feed stock and sell products. She advises and trains the credit department, drafts and reviews contracts, and also serves as an adviser to the lubricants business. For nearly four decades, Ms. White has been nurturing an ever-emergent skill set, which has thrust her into the forefront of the industry, and allowed her to make the most of her talents at a leading multinational energy company with 96,400 employees and operations in more than 130 countries.
Ms. White earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Archaeology from Indiana University, and a JD from the South Texas College of Law. She remains abreast of trends and developments in her field as a member of Women in Real Estate, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association and the Business Law Section of the Bankruptcy Subcommittee of the American Bar Association.
Over the years, Ms. White has garnered a reputation of distinction among her colleagues and professional peers for her outstanding efforts, receiving an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She feels that she has been able to thrive professionally due to sheer hard work. Ms. White is proud to have become involved in her field after having maintained a long standing interest in law and politics, and attended law school while working as a paralegal for eight years. She looks forward to retiring and consulting in a few years.
